Your schedules, tasks, and notes are kept locally on your phone, not on our servers.
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. An optional subscription removes ads.
Delete everything in-app at any time, opt out of personalised ads, or email us.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how AI CREATIVE TEK ("AI CREATIVE TEK", "we", "us", or "our"), the developer and data controller of NurseTemri and our other mobile applications (each an "app", together the "apps"), handles information in connection with your use of the apps and this website. AI CREATIVE TEK is a mobile application developer based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, publishing apps for a global audience.
2. How to contact us
If you have any questions about this policy, your data, or a request to delete your data, you can reach us at any time using the details below. We aim to respond within a reasonable period.
3. Our privacy approach and business model
Our apps are free to download and are supported by advertising. You can remove ads and unlock the full experience with an optional paid subscription, which may include a free trial. The apps are designed to be offline-first, so the core features work without an internet connection and you do not need to create an account or sign in to use them. The information you enter into an app is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud database of your personal content, and we do not receive a copy of the schedules, tasks, or notes you create. Because we show ads, some limited information is processed by our advertising partner as described in section 6.
4. Information we collect and process
The table below lists the categories of data associated with our apps, whether they are collected, and the purpose. "Stored on device only" means the information never reaches our servers. "Collected by our advertising partner" means it is processed by Google as part of serving ads, not stored by AI CREATIVE TEK.
| Data category | Is it collected, | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| App content you create (shifts, schedules, tasks, notes, reminders, preferences) | No, stored on device only | Core app functionality on your device |
| Display name or nickname (optional, entered in the app) | No, stored on device only | Personalising the app for you |
| Advertising identifier and device information | Yes, by our advertising partner (Google AdMob) when ads are shown | Displaying and measuring ads, limiting repeat ads, fraud prevention |
| Approximate location (derived from IP address) | Yes, by our advertising partner for ad relevance | Showing more relevant ads, we do not collect precise GPS location |
| App interaction and ad-performance data | Yes, by our advertising partner | Measuring ad views and clicks |
| Email address and message content | Only if you email us | Responding to your support enquiry |
| Purchase and subscription status | Processed by the app store, we receive limited entitlement confirmation | Unlocking premium features and removing ads |
| Precise GPS location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone | No | Not used |
| Health or medical data | No | Our apps are productivity tools, not medical records |
5. Why we use information (purpose and legal basis)
We process the limited information described above for the following purposes, relying on the following lawful bases under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR where applicable.
- To provide the core functionality of the app on your device. This runs locally and does not require us to receive your data.
- To show advertising in the free version of the app. Legal basis for personalised ads in the UK and EEA, your consent, which you can give or decline when asked, and withdraw at any time. Legal basis for non-personalised ads, our legitimate interest in funding a free app.
- To provide and validate paid subscriptions and free trials through the app store. Legal basis, performance of a contract with you.
- To respond to support requests you send us. Legal basis, our legitimate interest in helping our users.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights where required. Legal basis, legal obligation and legitimate interests.
6. Advertising
The free version of our apps displays advertising supplied through Google AdMob, part of Google's advertising services, using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. To serve and measure ads, Google may process your device's advertising identifier, general device and app information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad-interaction data. Depending on your settings and consent, ads may be personalised or non-personalised. Google acts as an independent controller for this advertising data and handles it under the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy, with further detail on how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We do not use advertising that is directed at children, and we configure our ad requests appropriately for a general audience. If you subscribe to remove ads, the app stops requesting ads and the advertising data flow above no longer applies to your use of that app.
7. Other services we rely on
Apart from advertising, we keep third-party code to a minimum. Our apps do not include analytics or crash-reporting services such as Firebase Analytics by default, and do not include third-party social or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. The remaining services we rely on are the platform services needed to distribute the apps and process payments.
- Google Play Billing (Android). If you buy a subscription or start a free trial on an Android device, Google processes your payment and manages your subscription under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Apple App Store and StoreKit (iOS). If you buy a subscription or start a free trial on an Apple device, Apple processes your payment and manages your subscription under the Apple Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
- Your device operating system. Features such as local reminders and the system share sheet are provided by Android or iOS on your device.
If we ever add a new third-party service to an app, we will update this policy before or at the time that change takes effect, and we will keep the app store data-safety and privacy declarations accurate.
8. Your advertising choices and consent
You have control over advertising and tracking.
- In the UK and EEA, when required we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads, using a recognised consent prompt. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from within the app settings.
- On Apple devices, we follow Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You will be asked for permission before any cross-app tracking, and you can change this at any time in your device Settings under Privacy and Security, then Tracking.
- On Android devices, you can reset or delete your advertising identifier and opt out of ad personalisation in your device Settings under Google, then Ads.
- Remove ads entirely by subscribing to the paid plan, which stops the app requesting ads.
9. How your information is shared
Your app content leaves your device only when you actively choose to share it, for example by using the in-app share option to send a shift or a weekly summary through your device share sheet. When you do this, you control the recipient and the channel, and we do not receive a copy. Beyond this, the only routine sharing is the advertising data processed by Google and the subscription data processed by Google or Apple, as described above. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so by a valid legal request.
10. Data retention and how to delete your data
Because your app content is stored on your device, it is retained for as long as the app remains installed, or until you delete it. You are in full control and can remove your data at any time.
- Delete data inside the app. Open the app, go to Settings, then Privacy, then choose Delete All Data. This permanently removes the shifts, tasks, notes, and preferences stored by the app on that device.
- Uninstall the app. Removing the app from your device deletes the local data associated with it.
- Advertising data. You can reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings, which limits how long ad data can be linked to your device. Advertising data handled by Google is retained under Google's own policies.
- Support messages. If you have emailed us, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.
- Request deletion by email. You can ask us to delete any personal information we hold about you by emailing support@aicreativetek.uk. We will action verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Subscription records held by Google or Apple are governed by their own retention policies. You can manage or cancel a subscription directly in your Google Play or Apple App Store account.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR these include the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent for personalised advertising. Because most of your data never leaves your device, you can already exercise many of these rights directly within the app. For anything else, contact us and we will help. If you are in the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can exercise these rights, including opting out of ad personalisation, using the controls in section 8 or by contacting us at the email above.
12. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information. Because your content is stored locally, its security is closely tied to the security of your own device, so we recommend using a device passcode and keeping your operating system up to date. Payment data is handled by Google or Apple and is never stored by us.
13. Children's privacy
Our apps are intended for adults and for general professional use. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not serve ads that are targeted at children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
14. International users
We are based in India and our apps are used around the world. Where limited information is processed by Google or Apple for advertising or payments, those providers may process it in other countries under their own safeguards. By using our apps you understand that these platform providers may process advertising, payment, and account information outside your country.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we change how ads work or add a new service. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page, and where the change is significant we will provide a suitable notice, for example within the app or on this page. Continued use of the apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.
16. Contact us
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your personal information, please contact AI CREATIVE TEK at support@aicreativetek.uk, or see our Contact page for full business details.
